The vision of Upright Ministries is to help churches in the following areas:
FACILITIES - Conduct risk management audits, providing written documentation of assessment that will guide leadership in reducing risks and planning for preventative maintenance.
INSURANCE - Review liability, auto, property, worker’s compensation, sexual misconduct, directors and officers, and other insurance to ensure adequate coverage.
FINANCES - Review financial policies and procedures, providing recommendations and services for enhancements within guidelines of current tax laws.
PERSONNEL - Review or develop personnel policies and procedures such as employee handbook, employee health and retirement benefits and salary plans and structure. Review or develop job descriptions, employee evaluations, staff development plans, and progressive disciplinary plan.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - Review or create your technology infrastructure strategy, systems security, backup practices, website rollout, and operational policies and procedures.
CRISIS MANAGEMENT - Review or create an emergency response plan for people, facilities, and technology in order to respond to man made and natural disasters.
TRAINING – Individually or corporately, in all areas of administration. Training also available in problem solving, negotiating, sexual misconduct avoidance, conflict management, and team building.
