Patti Malott, FCBA, CCBA

Patti Malott is the founder and president of Upright Ministries, a Houston-based organization that provides services that promote stewardship and reduce the risks to people, property, and ministries of churches, schools, and Christian organizations nationwide.

Prior to founding Upright Ministries, Patti served in the area of Church Business Administration for more than 20 years. She holds certification in Risk Management from Cambridge University and in Business Administration from the National Association of Church Business Administration (NACBA), Southwestern Seminary. She also holds certification from the Southern Baptist Church Business Administration Association (SBCBAA).

Patti currently serves as a facilitator for PRISM, a feedback tool for ministry that is designed to give honest, constructive, confidential feedback to ministers from a full spectrum of their professional community.

Having served on various boards of other nonprofit organizations in roles such as chairman, treasurer, and secretary, she currently serves as a director on the board of Church Supplies and Services (CSSI) Inc. and as treasurer of TOWEL Ministries, an acronym that stands for Training Ordinary Women for Extraordinary Leadership.

Patti is a member of the Houston and North Metro Houston chapters of the NACBA with prior service as President of the local chapter and Regional Director of the national organization.

With a heart for ministry, a love for people, and a desire to service with excellence, Patti believes that one must be a lifelong learner to adequately keep up with the tax and legal laws as well as trends that affect churches.  She actively continues her education by attending seminars that offer studies in all areas of administration.

Patti and her husband, John, reside in Spring, Texas and are members of Champion Forest Baptist Church.  They have two sons and five grandchildren.

Robert Janusaitis, CISA, CISM, CBCP

Bob Janusaitis has served in various capacities assisting his church for over 14 years.  He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting/Computer Science from Merrimack College.  He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). Bob is a former emergency medical technician, fire department lieutenant, and an advanced first aid/CPR instructor.  He is a government liaison for the Houston Chapter of the American Red Cross Disaster Services Team.

Bob has a heart for organizing and equipping church staff with access to resources that enhance their ministry.  His expertise is sought by national and international organizations to address information technology, audit, business continuity, and security.  He has delivered dozens of presentations domestically and internationally. He serves on various boards of nonprofit organizations.  He is a former President of the Houston Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners (ACP), and a board member on the Houston Chapter of InfraGard.

Bob his wife Patti reside in Houston, TX, their daughter attends Texas A&M University and their son attends Cy-Fair College.  Bob is active on the FAST Technical Team and attends Second Baptist Church of Houston, Willowbrook Campus.
